Installation of filter cartridges:
The filter cartridges more than 50″ in length are commonly fixed within filter onto both ends, which is different from the one-end spring installation and can reduce the probability of leakage.
Before installing the filter cartridge, first of all, clean up debris inside the container. After the lower part of cartridge-connections is completed, install the upper part of cartridges from outside to inside so that filter elements within vessel can form a relatively stable entity. This way can benefit the filtering effect.
Rinse-up
Cartridges will rinse-up to 18 Megohm-cm with minimum of throughput.
Pre-rinsing
A pre-rinse is available upon request in writing.
